Speaking of favorites, now I'II tell you mine.
I use lots of different
polishes and waxes, but when I reach for first is IBIZ Car Wax, a product of
IBIZ Inc. If I had to clear everything off the shelf except one, his would
be it.
Robin Nathans, president of IBIZ Inc., is shown demonstrating IBIZ Car Wash
and IBIZ Waterless Car Wash & Wax Protectant at the annual Corvettes at
Carlisle show.
I saw Robert
Nathan demo this at the Corvettes at Carlisle show several years ago. I am
by nature a terrible skeptic. The more impressive a demonstration, the less
likely I'II buy. But I couldn't help but admire Mr. Nathan's work ethic.
Nobody works harder and longer at showing what his products will do. And he
owns the company! So l gave it a try and it has become my overall favorite.

… Carnauba wax offers the best protection from UV rays and acid rain. Ibiz
car wax contains Montan wax, which is a fossilized carnauba wax, the best
you can get. A little of this stuff goes a long way, so it's really
economical. You can apply it directly to the car's surface or apply it with
a polishing cloth. This wax is 100 percent non-abrasive, so it's safe for
all Shark finishes, including clear coat.
Work the wax in a circular motion doing about a 2x3-foot section at a time.
By the time you get to the end of this 2x3-foot area, the portion you did
first will probably be dry, and you can wipe it off with a clean cotton
cloth or soft terry towel. Work your way around the car until all of it has
been waxed.
You'll find that the Ibiz wax gives you a super-slippery finish that
reduces friction and eliminates swirl marks. This wax can also be
applied using a buffing wheel, although I prefer hand waxing. You can use
detailing swabs or brushes to get the dried polish out of corners or other
places you can't easily reach with a cloth or towel.
